Autoclaving is the use of an autoclave during the sterilization process especially in the microbiology laboratories. Autoclaves work similar to a conventional pressure cooker. However, autoclaves are not used in cooking. These are used in sterilizing laboratory equipment that is not limited to glass items and surgical tools.

The use of autoclaves in Microbiology laboratories is quite essential. The basic fact about this equipment is its pressurized ability to pass through the normal boiling point of water and kill living organisms in a matter of 15 minutes. This is important in making sure that all germs and bacteria are killed ensuring that medical equipment are fully sterilized.

It is also beneficial to know that the use of autoclaves is friendly to the environment as it enables some medical and dental tools to be used again. The tools have alo been proven to be safe once the tools have undergone autoclaving. After this procedure the items are be free of any bacteria that may cause harm once there is a repeat usage of it.

Autoclaving is also time saving as it kills bacteria quickly as they are killed beyond the water's boiling point in only a matter of minutes. Therefore, several batches of equipment could be autoclaved within just one hour.
Wireless technology has become a huge and popular form of technology that is widely used. From children all the way to adult life, many individuals use wireless technology to access the internet and to get coverage on their mobile phones and other devices.

One of the latest technologies which could have a big impact on the future is wireless mobile device docking. This could be a major game changer in the tech industry, and represents a huge opportunity for companies like Microsoft. This means that many of the companies that are currently popular will compete in wowing current customers to increase profits in the near future. The main major factor that will bring about this tech revolution is neither a mini SSD drive with massive storage or a super fast CPU. Rather, it is the development of a wireless docking common standard.

This will enable any make of tablet or smartphone to sit on your desk or charging station and wireless connect to monitors, keyboards, mice and other accessories. Technologies like Wireless USB could provide the solution, as they could serve as a base for a universal standard which would be integrated into every tablet and smartphone in the future.

Latest Technology-driven innovations are making life more fun and simpler for users. These latest
technology-driven innovations announced in Q1 2012 speak volumes of how far the human mind has
advanced:

1. Touch-free payment system for Nintendo's Wii U: Q1 sees Nintendo announcing the
launch of a tablet-like controller of its next console, the Wii U. It will be equipped with a
near-field communications (NFC) chip that will support the creation of cards and figurines
able to read and write data electronically. This will help expand the new play format in the
video game world and also allow for payment of new in-game content to be made through a
NFC-enabled phone system. More on the Wii U will be announced in June at E3, considered
the video game industry's biggest annual gathering.

2. Foldable electric car: With fuel prices rising rapidly, the list of latest technology-
driven innovations could not be complete without addressing the automobile industry. A
commercial two-seater foldable electric car has been officially unveiled in Europe last
week. Named, Hiriko, the car has been developed based on an electric CityCar created
by researchers at the MIT Media Lab. A consortium of automotive companies in Spain is
commercializing it.
